Job Description
Our client is a Listed group, they are looking for potential staff to join their In house Legal Team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Assistant to Senior Legal Secretary and Solicitors
- To perform secretarial and administrative support to team;
- To prepare legal contract and manage filing system;
- To perform ad hoc support if required.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma holder in Business Administration / LLB/ Legal Studies;
- Min 1 years working experience , experience in Secretarial Support;
- Experience in supporting of legal professional is a plus but not must;
- Good skill with software with MS Office;
- Good communication with English and Chinese is compulsory;
- Detailed mind , Team player and independently person.
