Major Responsibility:

1.To build a strong customer base：To set up their own portfolio and plan overall strategy for customers in portfolio and develop individual account plans and Identify potential new customers and Identify cross-selling opportunities. To serve as the bridge between the customers by setting objectives, strategies, success measures, and policies for existing and new customers which are aligned with the Bank's strategies.

2.To achieve business targets allocated by Business Development Division:To fulfill the business targets. To conduct team business plans and performance in target setting, portfolio planning, and performance monitoring.

3.To monitor the account performance and business operations of the team portfolio:To monitor the portfolio of customers through developing effective strategy for each accounts and to conduct periodical visits and to participate in the negotiations and sales closing. To ensure that the operations within scope of responsibility are complied with the set standard and procedures. To share the information on key market developments that may impact critical risk factors affecting credit customers within portfolio, and monitor overall credit quality in portfolio.

4.To give credit recommendations:To identify and collect information to assess account risk profile, submit credit recommendations for approval to underwriting, follow-up on documentation and closing requirements. 

5.To liaise with other departments:To work with other departments to identify new prospects and sales opportunities and get support from them.

6.To communicate among team:To share experience and regularly communicate among the team for the updated situation and market trends

7.To perform other tasks assigned by the supervisors:To perform other tasks assigned by the supervisors.

Qualification Requirement:

1.Education:Bachelor Degree or above,  majoring in Finance, Economy , Business  Management.

2.Experience:Have experience in customer relationship management, marketing, banking product, and have well analytical thinking

3.Other skills:Have knowledge in industrial management and well understanding about banking product
