Job Accountability 

• Work with the investment team to identify, review and evaluate prospective investment opportunities;
• Lead team to conducting due diligence on investment opportunities, construct financial models and perform technical analyses;
• Negotiate terms and conditions of new investment agreements and other related contracts; and prepare and present investment memos for decision-making committees;
• Monitor and manage the portfolio of existing investments to ensure compliance with agreed terms and contracts;
• Liaise and contact banks and FIs to develop structured finance and corporate banking opportunity; and
• Uphold credit policy and lending guidelines, maintain a balanced approach to risk management.

 Requirements:

• Strong academic credentials with undergraduate degree and with MBA preferable;
• 8-10 years experiences with alternative credit investment; direct experiences in corporate restructuring and distressed asset investment is a plus;
• Excellent network of contacts, with have a strong small to middle market leveraged finance deal experience, highly ambitious and keen to work on own to drive business;
• Have strong credit background and quantitative, financial modelling and analytical skills; proficient in all phases of capital structure analysis, including valuation analysis of leveraged loans, high yield bonds, bridge financing and mezzanine debt transactions;
• Solid organizational skills, high attention to detail and ability to prioritize;
• Articulate, and possess a high level of oral and written communication skills; and
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Putonghua.
