Job Description
Responsibilities
- Mainly handle and manage workforce for teams, including managing and monitoring performance, reporting MI, planning for capacity and forecasting demand.
- Reviewing and improving processes, developing and creating action plans in order to make it smooth and increase the productivity of processes
- Assist to recruit staff, maintaining systems, renewing and updating policy & procedure, reviewing cost, managing vendor, and service quality

- No shift duties with OT pay
- 8 working hours per day
