Responsibilities
於分行內就客戶的查詢,快速尋找解決問題的方法以及解答有關部門的查詢與及轉介意見或投訴
Requirements:
具備基本客戶服務經驗, 經驗豐富者可受聘為高級分行櫃檯員
- 底薪$15,000 - $21,000 視乎經驗，另加獎金
- 良好晉升機會
- 2年後表現理想者可晉升為 - 客戶服務助理經理 (底薪約$22,000 - $26,000)
- 完善在職培訓
- 五天工作, 每天工作8小時
- 每周工作39.5小時
- 豐富員工活動及福利
- 18天年假
