Relationship Manager – Structured Finance/Large Corporate , Corporate Banking (Many post)

Responsibilities:

• Acquire and grow a team’s portfolio of Structured Finance / Corporate Banking accounts;
• Execute structured finance deals, LBO, syndicated transactions and bilateral transactions by preparing credit meeting materials and credit applications;
• Develop banker customer relationship by cross-selling different banking products and services;
• Assist Team Head to liaise and contact banks and FI to develop structured finance and corporate banking opportunity;
• Uphold credit policy and lending guidelines, maintain a balanced approach to risk management;
• Coach the Assistant Relationship Managers on the daily operations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business or Finance or equivalent;
• at 5-8 years’ corporate banking experience in Large corporate Banking /Structure finance , syndication loan transactions and bilateral transactions 
• Exceptional knowledge and skills in corporate banking products and credit analysis;
• Frequent travelling to China for business visit is required;
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin).
