RESPONSIBILITIES

• To provide excellent service by attending to all inbound calls (e.g. general enquires, rental and accounts related), outbound calls (e.g. preliminary collections reminders, case follow-up, license reminders and retention) and in person (e.g. license renewal, early termination arrangement) according to laid down procedures and guidelines
• Handle license renewal process in compliance including overdue reminders in accordance to the internal procedure and guidelines.
• Prepare necessary quotations for any early termination, regular payment and audit confirmation from customers
• To perform daily operation tasks related to contract activations, including but not limited to customer documents checking, data validations, payment channel set ups and data input in system etc
• Participate in ad-hoc projects related to process improvements and new product/service development
• Process daily contract activation by checking whole set of loan drawdown doc ensure the correctness
• Support on the process optimizations and user acceptance test

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or degree from accredited institution
• 1-3 years of relevant experience. Exposure to customer service for a premium brand is of an advantage
• Call Centre/Telesales experience is highly preferred
• Proficient in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is of an advantage
• Basic Microsoft Office Knowledge
• Excellent Customer Service mindset with strong communication skills
• Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills and problem solving skills
• Ability to meet deadlines, multi-tasking and attention to detail
• Ability to take responsibility and work independently and a team player
• Full-time or Temp. (6 month contract) are welcome
