We are looking for a high caliber Investor Relations Director for our holding company in Hong Kong. This is a top management role and Investment Banking or Equity Research experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain and enhance all Investor Relations programs / activities, including assisting company management’s relationship with investors, potential investors and the media.
• Implements strategies to ensure positive perception of the company by the shareholders and general financial community.
• Develop investor marketing programs including attending investor conferences, conducting investor engagement events, and non-deal roadshows.
• Research, seek, and maintain prospective long-term investor interest in the equity of the company.
• Regular and effective communication with investors, analysts and the general financial community and maintain positive relationships.
• Communicate the company’s growth drivers and market potential to substantiate market value.
• Research, analyze and present findings to the company management including market perception, investor and analyst consensus, relative stock price movement analysis, public equity ownership analysis, competitor analysis and benchmarking.
• Prepare and develop presentations for the investment community.
• Assist in the preparation of press releases, investor presentations, interim and annual reports.
• Perform other special projects as directed by CFO.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance / Accounting or related Discipline with a master's degree, CPA or CFA highly desirable.
• Experienced IR professional with a minimum of five years of IR experience in a public company and/or external IR agency. Prior experience as a sell-side analyst is a plus.
• Thorough understanding of the financial investment markets and the ability to establish a strong industry networks quickly.
• A good understanding of strategic communications, public relations, the press media, and Listed Company rules and exchange regulations.
• A self-starter who demonstrates keen intellect, unquestioned ethics, a sense of urgency, possess great attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure and be able to execute on both tactical and strategic projects.
• Fluent in Mandarin and good command of both written and spoken English.
