Our client is a well and long established asset management firm with strong client base and 30+ operating offices in China and US.  She is current looking for a high calibre candidate to fulfil the following position:

Fund Operation Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage proper operation controls within compliance guidelines to ensure full compliance on operational procedures to the statutory requirements and meet the investment objective of investment portfolios
• Handle client enquiries
• Perform daily operations including but not limited to fund subscription and redemption, documents checking and so forth
• Assist in fund administrative duties
• Co-ordinate with company’s marketing team in other regions
• Perform ad hoc tasks when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 3 to 5 years of related experience, with exposure to PE or Asset Management companies
• Solid experience in finance operations and management reporting and in the operations of an asset management organization
• Proactive working attitude with sound interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Strong sense of responsibility, confident, presentable with good interpersonal and communication skills
