Main responsibilities:

• Product costing :
• Responsible of annual standard cost and Intercompany price set up
• Responsible of New Product costing
• Productivity analysis and improvement
• Monthly closing :
• Prepare the needed accruals (such as Inventory provision…)
• Variance analysis
• Prepare and analyze reporting (SALES, GM and OVERHEAD) for closing review.
• Work with the Accounting Manager on some financial reporting to Head office.
• Planning :
• Be a partner for Budget and Forecast Process within the FP&A APAC Team
• Prepare the monthly cost center Budget for each team.
• Management :
• Maintain and create reports for Management (SALES / OPERATIONS / MARKETING) to drive the business the most efficiently.
• Follow up and Challenge on expenses per cost center.
• Be proactive to propose any improvement in reporting tools and cost savings

Work, from time to time, on specific projects within the Finance team.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in Finance (FP&A)
• Hands-on experience in a Multinational Manufacturing Company
• Knowledge of SAP
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Fluent in both spoken & written English & Mandarin.
