Responsibilities：

• Manage all aspects of the fixed income portfolios in Hong Kong markets, including strategy formulation, asset allocation, investment execution and research, etc. to achieve the performance targets

• Perform technical investment analysis and manage the portfolios through a structured investment approach

• Track and follow the development of listed companies, including annual reports, corporate actions, competitive dynamics and other impacting the performance of the portfolios and potential investments

• Prepare investment reports to present the position of the portfolios, investment strategy, tactical trades and risk analysis

• Keep abreast of the market trends and environment to identify investment opportunities

• Monitor the portfolios and ensure compliance with the investment guidelines and policies of the Company to mitigate financial and reputational risks

• Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned from time to time

Requirements：

• Master degree holder in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Investment or related discipline obtained from the list of sponsored universities under the 985 project or other world class first-tier universities

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in asset management, private equity, investment banking and/or securities firms

• Prior experience in fixed income portfolio management with proven open track record in managing sizeable investment portfolios

• In-depth knowledge of Hong Kong / China / A-share stock markets and trading

• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to communicate with senior management effectively

• High level of discipline and integrity with positive attitude and ability to work independently

• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
