Our client is a bank, currently looking for suitable candidates to fit their position of Bank Teller/ Customer Service Ambassador into banking Team.

Responsibilities:

•          Handle counter transaction such as cash, check, FX and referrals
•          Promote the banking products to customer and refer to relationship manager as required
•          Learn the banking procedure and regulation under the HKMA guild lines
•          Answer customers’ enquiries with high quality service
•          Handle ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

•          University degree or above, preferably major in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or Economics
•          Fresh grad will also consider
•          Detail-oriented and good communication skills
•          Good command in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
