Job Description
Our client is a leading Chinese securities firm. They are now looking for a Assistant Vice President - Vice President to join their IPO Execution team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Lead junior staff in IPO project to perform due diligence and execution processes
- Advise clients on compliance with the Listing Rules and other relevant legal and regulatory requirements
- Prepare financial analysis, feasibility studies, listing documents and presentations
- Prepare pitching materials, tender proposals, teasers and marketing materials
- Identify potential opportunities, formulate strategies and develop business network
Requirements:
- Professional qualification and/ or university degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred;
- 4+ years of experience in handling IPO transactions
- HK SFC License for Type 6 regulated activity or RO license for senior hire
- Working knowledge in the Listing Rules and Takeovers Codes is required
- Self-motivated, a good team player and willing to travel occasionally
- Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills
- Fluent in Mandarin and English communication
