Operational & IT Risk Management Department

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and update IT risk management framework, policies and controls to meet the Bank’s strategy, regulatory requirements and emerging risk scenarios
• Ensure risks are identified and measured, assess and timely report to the Management
• Assess potential cybersecurity impact of emerging technologies and innovations, and include known risk and issues
• Identify control weaknesses from a risk-based perspective and apply process to ensure the risks are within the acceptable risk thresholds of the Bank
• Define monitoring requirements and indicators for measuring higher level risk position
• Monitor, review and update IT risk profile and controls on a regular basis
  
  

Requirements:

• University graduate in Risk Management, Finance or other IT related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a compliance manager, information risk specialist, or information technology auditor.  Experience in banks or FIs is preferred
• ECF on Cybersecurity or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage
• Excellent communication skill – effective summarizing and communicating technical data to a non-technical audience
• Report writing skills are required. Good analytical mind, self-motivated, open-minded, enthusiastic, cooperative, able to work independently under pressure
