Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle online and phone-in enquiry on trade finance products
- Facilitate client to adopt FinTech platform
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth on-boarding process
- Provide support in ad hoc projects when required
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in any discipline
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Minimum 1-2 years' work experience in customer service area is preferred
- Multi-tasking skill and work closely with internal departments
- Detail-minded, energetic and with strong team spirit
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office and internet knowledge
