Job Description

The Sales Manager (Banking Solution) is an independent contributor role required high degree of collaboration between cross-functional teams and in-depth connection with banking customers. This position is responsible for developing, executing strategic sales plan and delivering total sales solutions.

 

Scope of Responsibilities:

Hong Kong and Macau

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall owner of Diebold Nixdorf self-service hardware, software, Total solution sales in Hong Kong and Macau, driving growth initiatives, market share penetration and solution-based upsell strategies
  • Drive value-added services to banking customers in ATM-based solution, software and total solution
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Create strategic, effective and actionable account plans that define a clear growth strategy across and within the existing accounts
  • Understand client needs and position Diebold Nixdorf’s capability to meet expectations
  • Lead solution development efforts that best address end-user needs
  • Develop as preferred vendor to banking customer, prepare and attend customers’ service and product bidding
  • Work closely with regional service team and other functional departments to provide customer with products, service and other solutions. Maintain customer satisfaction and good account management
  • Engaging with key internal resources both locally and globally to identify opportunities to drive greater platform adoption and ensure customers are leveraging available resources to optimize their use of the technology

 

Key Requirements:

  • University degree or above in business or information technology fields
  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, sales account management experience with Banking industry customer is highly preferred
  • Extensive experience working in large “Virtual” account teams - Filed service engineer, solution architecture, hardware, software and leading these teams towards a common vision/strategy for each account is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
  • Must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent selling & communication skill
  • Positive work attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal skill with teamwork spirit
  • To be professional consultative sales to learn customer' needs and provide the total solution to our customers.
