Our client is a PRC based company listed in HK mainboard, with property developments in various major cities in the Mainland.  Currently she is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the following position:

Investor Relations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage investor relations functions from planning, organizing to execution
• Handle IR events including but not limited to investor meetings, roadshows, results announcements, financial briefings, conference calls, etc.
• Communicate with investors/ analysts/ media and handle queries from investors and related parties
• Collect and analyze industry and company research reports
• Monitor and regular review the investment market movement and provide advice to top management in formulating strategy to communicate with investors
• Occasional travel is required

Requirements:

• University graduate in finance or equivalent disciplines, with CFA/CPA qualified highly preferred
• Minimum 4 to 6 years of working experiences in financial institutions/ securities/ listed property companies, including 3 years of IR experience
• Exposure to Real Estate industry is an added plus
• Strong analytical abilities and business sense
• Well organised, detail-oriented and fast pacing with sound presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Computer proficiency in MS Office applications
