Responsibilities:

• Pre-screen credit application to ensure completeness of required information and supporting documentation
• Ensure quality credit analysis be duly conducted in credit application prior to its submission for final approval
• Handle esquires from SME/ Individual clients and ensure all documentations/ reports are correct
• Manage and monitor loan portfolio, ensure credit quality and full compliance of internal policies and lending guidelines
• Collaborate with loan Business Department for the criteria of credit approval
  
• Review and handle delinquent account
• Perform credit review

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above preferably Degree holder in Banking, Finance or related disciplines 
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in consumer finance industry, with good knowledge in mortgage and personal loan; candidates with experience in handling of SME loan is an advantage
• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-oriented, self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
• Basic Microsoft Word and Excel application skill
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
