A client is currently seeking a high calibre candidate for the following position:

Corporate Finance

(RO Type 6) – Sole / Non-Sole

Responsibilities:

• Execute a full spectrum of financial advisory, including IPOs, M&A, takeover, fund raising exercises and other financial advisory & transactions which involve in the Hong Kong Listing Rules and/or Takeovers Code

• Perform SFC application, execute financial advisory projects, undertake due diligence, liaise with SFC, develop new business opportunities
• Supervise the team to conduct various industry market research, due diligence works, financial analysis and forecasts, corporate finance advisory transactions

• Draft and review transaction related documents 
• Monitor all operations, policies and procedures in comply to statutory rules and regulations
• Liaise with other professional parties and communicate with relevant regulatory authorities in the implementation of corporate finance projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or above in Finance, Economics or related discipline, CFA and FRM qualification will be an advantage.
• Possess SFC Type 6 License is a must, preferably have Type 1 experience
• 5-10 years experience in corporate finance with proven track record of completed multiple transactions and execution
• Exposure in corporate finance transactions (IPOs, M&A, due diligence, financial advisory, takeover, fund raising exercises and other corporate finance transactions
• Sound knowledge of SFO regulations and guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities
• Good analytical and strong problem solving skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
