Roles & Responsibilities：

1. Conduct continuously in-depth research on the real estate industry and listed companies independently or in support of the research team, establish a sound financial model for those key companies focused on, write all kinds of research reports to form valuable research results.

2. Explore investment opportunities in the industry and public companies, provide timely and professional investment advice to institutional investors, and constantly expand the company’s market influence and brand appeal.

3. Actively assist in customer network development and relationship maintenance, carry out off-line and on-line communication activities irregularly.

4. Participate in the investigation and research of the company's key investment projects, and provide analysis and decision support to various businesses.

Requirements：

1. Bachelor above degree holder in finance, economics, investment or other relevant subjects.

2. At least 3-year relevant working experience. Real estate analyst experience in other large securities or fund companies will be an advantage.

3. Strong logical thinking ability, data analysis ability, sensitivity and writing ability, Solid financial and accounting skills, good presentation skills.

4. Ardently love research and analysis work, have a strong sense of responsibility and hard-working spirit.

5. Holder of relevant SFC licenses.

6. Fluent in English  Mandarin Cantonese speaking ability is a plus.
