Job Description
Job responsibilities for the post of Settlement Officer:
- Responsible for the daily operations and settlement of equity markets
- Performing client cash or scrip deposit/withdrawal and corporate actions
- Liaise with relevant parties to follow up any settlement and operation related issues and enquiries
- Prepare daily and monthly reports;
- Assisting in ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager.
Requirements:
- F.6 standard or above in any disciplines
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Fluent Mandarin is appreciated)
- At least 1 year accounting/settlement experience
- Strong sense of responsibility and flexibility, with team spirit
- Willing to work overtime, able to work under pressure
- Proficient in MS office application, including Chinese word processing
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
