• We are a financial group with business coverage of private equity. To cope with our fast expansion, we are looking for Responsible Officer. 

Responsible Officer (Type 469)

l Current license holder of SFC unconditional/conditional Responsible Officer (Type 6) is a MUST.
l Experience in advising and implementing on corporate finance matters including fund-raising projects, M&A, capital restructuring, etc.
l Responsible for assessing potential deals, developing new business.
l Licensed representative with qualified experience would also be considered.
l Part time basis and licensed representative with qualified experience would also be considered.

All candidate should have:
l Degree holder in Finance or other business related disciplines
l 3 years of working experience in related field
l Sound knowledge of SFO, SFC Code of Conduct and rules
l Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

工作职责：
1、负责审核、督导香港营业部所有业务，为香港证监会认可的代表及业务负责人 (持有469号牌照）
2、香港事业部对香港证监会的代表及业务负责人 
3、制定香港营业部业务发展策略和经营计划并组织实施，完成既定经营指标和绩效
4、负责与上手券商及全球重要证券交易所保持交流沟通 
5、负责与香港交易所及香港监管部门交流沟通，并进行关系的维持
6、拓展与维护各类渠道资源，推动香港本地及海外市场创新业务的开展 
7、完成上级指定的其他工作

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，具香港当地业务执行需具备的执照（RO持牌负责人的经验资格-实质RO经验，如有RP 2-3 年经验可根据个人具体情况，公司帮忙申请RO）。 
2、具香港金融机构6号牌持牌负责人3年以上经验以及实质业务管理经验。 
3、具全球券商、资管业务3年以上经验。 
4、熟悉香港证券、资管等金融市场。 
5、语言要求：英文、粤语、普通话
