Credit and Risk Control Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain credit control process and procedures to ensure proper workflow is in place
• Formulate and implement effective credit control and risk management policies and procedures for brokerage business
• Ensure clients' settlement and margin financing trading complying with company's credit policies and related regulatory requirements
• Execute and enforce regular credit control activities including credit utilization, credit excesses and margin, collateral monitoring, exceptions and margin calls
• Review client's credit limit periodically

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management or related disciplines
• 5 years solid experience in financial or securities/futures brokerage sector with minimum 2 years at managerial level
• Strong understanding of different financial and derivatives products including margin financing and single stock financing
• Proficiency in MS Office, good command of VBA is an advantage
• Able to identify problems and seek practical solutions
• Strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and good command of Mandarin
