Job Description

Responsibilities:-

  • Manage and execute all initiatives and requirements across different functions within Operations Department and work with respective BAU teams and other Departments and Stakeholders to effectively deliver the on a timely basis
  • Conduct analysis on operating models, processes, integration and propose streamlining activities when appropriate
  • Explore and conduct on-going process improvement opportunities across teams with an aim of delivering straight through approval/processing through data automation and workflow automation
  • Monitor and track milestones, and facilitate the mitigation of issues and operational risks
  • Compile users' CHANGE related requirements and specifications
  • Produce constructive MIS statistics across teams/products for Department Head to identify operational risk implication, inefficiencies vs business growth and usage of resources.  These operational risk related information will present t o the Risk Management Committee
  • Work with various teams in finalizing users related requirements and specifications and resolve problems when proposing a change
  • Facilitate workshops and training session as required

Requirements:-

  • Degree holder or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years solid CHANGE & PROJECT MANAGEMENT working experiences within Operations environment in Banking industry 
  • Familiar with Change & Project Cycle with proven records and familiar with end-to-end Operations & Control processes
  • Excellent command in written and spoken Mandarin, English and Cantonese 
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and other CHANGE management tools
  • Able to work independently and strong leadership skills
  • Detail-minded and result oriented with strong control mindset, analytical and time management skills
  • Strive for efficiency and productivity
  • Strong presentation skills and communication skills
