Responsibilities:

• Perform daily settlement duties including capturing transactions from the trading systems, recording client deposits and withdrawal;
• Assist in preparing client statements and settlement reports;
• Maintain standard of operation control and compliance of internal policy;
• Sort and distribute daily and monthly reports;
• Understand internal and external regulations;
• Able to perform as a checker after trained to cover all the process; and
• Undertake ad hoc tasks and projects assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any discipline;
• Minimum 2 years experience in Finance, Banking, or Customer Service industry;
• Strong working knowledge of reference data concepts and client on boarding regulations such as AML/KYC;
• PC knowledge, MS Office and Chinese word processing;
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
