In this role, you will work closely with Project Management Team to provide pre & post comment and support for Asset & Liability Product Teams to ensure smooth sales & operation flow migration and implementation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide coordination of system implementation for Assets & Liability products.
• Partner with software vendor and/or internal teams for the project implementation of related Banking management systems with comprehensive design for smooth sales & operation flow after system launch.
• Provide robust support to Product Teams to review Assets & Liability products user requirement, facilitate User Acceptance Testing and verification.
• Effectively executes business plans and monitors and prepares report on the progress of business plan, and make recommendations to improve the overall business performance.
• Conduct post-campaign evaluation to identify areas for improvement, and develop efficiency-driven initiatives and solutions.
• Monitor and analyze the data and trend of products and services for developing marketing plan and optimizing the product and service in order to enhance the product and bank image.
  
  

To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:

• University degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline
• Possess 7 years’ relevant experience in Banking ideally in Deposit or Lending fields
• A good team player with a strong sense of ownership and attentive to details to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
• Able to work independently and under pressure in face of tight deadlines
• Able to spot or pre-empt issues, recommend business solutions and escalate as required
• Strong customer and people orientation, able to come up with solutions to improve staff and customer experience
