Job Description
My client is one of the global leading banks and they are looking for candidates to join their Customer Service team. *Multiple Headcounts*
Responsibilities
- Inbound and outbound calls handling
- Handle members’ / clients’ inquiries and provide solutions
- Performing ad-hoc duties and provide team support upon request
- Performing administrative works such as data entering
Requirements
- Degree holder of any fields // fresh graduates are welcomed
- Candidates with no banking experience would also be considered
- Candidates with customer service / calls handling experience would be advantageous
- Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin Chinese would be a plus
