Job Description
Job Function:
To provide IT support to computer system installation, maintenance and troubleshooting
Job Responsibilities:
l Maintain systems stability, monitor operation and performance
l Monitor and review network usage
l Perform daily operation and routine checking
l Carry out backup procedures and security policy
l Assist IT projects development, in system upgrade / routine system maintenance
Job Requirements:
l Diploma or above in Computer Science or equivalent
l Good technical skills in Microsoft Windows server and desktop platforms
l Experienced in networking, cabling, LAN/WAN, switches and system implementation
l Independent and willing to work under pressure and overtime
l Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
