Our client is international bank currently inviting applications for Branch Trainee/ Counter Services Officer to join they are banking team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide counter transaction service such as cash, check, FX and referrals
• Answer customers’ enquiries with high quality customer service to customer
• Promote and advise banking products and services to customers
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as required 

Requirements:

• University degree or above, preferably major in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or Economics
• Fresh grad will also consider
• Detail-oriented and good communication skills
• Good command in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
