Job Description:

• Handle loan administration operations i.e. loan drawdown/roller, repricing and outward payment
• Assist in preparation of portfolio analysis             
• Prepare Loan and Security Documents
• Coordinate with outside professionals to follow up the progress of the Loan and Security Documents
• Coordinate with other teams and departments to set up back-end systems for risk control and loan operation
• Handle and filing and safe custody for all kinds of the Loan cases
• Ensure duly execution of loan documentations and compliance in accordance with all legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Loan Administration / Credit Administration
• Familiar with finance documents
• Self-motivated with good interpersonal, communication and supervisory skills
• Good verbal and written command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Chinese and English word processing
