Our Client, a leading Global bank in Hong Kong, is looking for a 'Customer Service officer & a Manager' for their Retail Banking & also for Corporate team, as they are expanding operations.

You will have to offer pro-active solutions to meet the varying requirements of the customers such as, but not limited to, Account servicing, new account opening, query handling, internet banking related, customer advices etc.  

Responsibilities: 

• To manage & source Corporate Accounts and Corporate Salary remittances through Corporates/SMEs
• Corporate KYC, cold calling and conducting business meetings
• Outbound sales for Corporate Accounts and for Corporate Salary Remittances
• To source retail customers through outbound phone calls (cold calls) and physical visits to Corporates/SMEs with a view to acquire new accounts
• Provide financial solutions to customers to achieve business targets on wealth management
• Identify customer needs through financial analysis and portfolio review

  Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Business or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in banking or financial institution
• Qualified individual to carry out regulated activities in insurance and investment
• Sound knowledge of wealth management products
• Self-motivated, customer-centric and able to work under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal, relationship management and communication skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• English,Cantonese,Mandarin language or Indian Language is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Chinese word processing
