An investment firm is currently looking for Middle Office & Settlement Support  to join their team . 

Responsibilities:

• Trade monitoring, review and solve complex trade process and flow problems
• Follow established procedures and perform appropriate controls (including cash, security and collateral reconciliations), while exercising good judgment in managing risk and following escalation procedures.
• Perform Reconciliations and clear breaks
• Liaise with internal departments and external counterparties
• Confirmation handling
• Funding monitoring
• Support on-going process and control improvement projects

Interest Rate Swaps, Cross Currencies Swaps, Cash Equity, Bonds, Repo/Reverse Repo, CDS, SBL, F&O

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder, or equivalent work experience
• Previous relevant product knowledge in operations is an advantage
• Strong analytical and intuitive skills
• Motivated and committed to excellence; positive attitude and "can do" work ethic
• Ability to work as a team player, and meet individual timeliness and accuracy goals
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
• Proven organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving skills and willingness to take on additional responsibilities
• Highly risk aware and demonstrated ability to multi-task and make appropriate decisions under rigid deadlines
• Ability to work independently
• Robust communications skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese is a must
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, particularly excel
