Job Scope:

As part of Asia Operations Project Team to coordinate Process & System Enhancement related initiatives across the region. Successful job holder will be accountable for-

• Formulating users/business requirements by working in close partnership with Front Office, Operations, L&C and IT Departments
• Facilitating PMO activities which evolved from reporting, budgeting, dashboard and progress reports
• Keeping track of timeline and assisting in the preparation of test cases by working with operational teams

Requirements:

• Well qualified degree holder
• 3 years+ relevant project management/business analyst experience earned from int’l corporate & investment bank
• Familiar with middle to back office operations
• Understanding of Fixed income, rates and treasury products is a definite advantage
• Proficient in Excel, Access and Macro
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management
