Responsibilities:

• To assist the department to implement marketing strategies to drive business growth in securities, asset management and related business;
• Support CEO and other front-end sales manager(s) to execute sales & marketing plans and advertising campaigns, in alignment with the preset schedule and budget;
• Explore and identify new marketing / promotion channels, primarily in both Hong Kong and PRC markets;
• Prepare monthly / quarterly / annual and other ad hoc reports for portfolio review meetings, when required
• Assist in producing marketing materials such as client presentations, pitch books, product profiles; 
• Co-ordinate with the market and financial product-related document management;

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines;
• Minimum 1 year' relevant sales and marketing experience, preferably in financial industry and brokerage / securities firm;
• Creative, energetic, aggressive, highly self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• Have a high sense of responsibility and brilliant interpersonal, communication, presentation and analytical skills;
• A multinational company related work experience is preferred.
• Short notice or immediate available is highly preferred.
