The Job

• Responsible for the delivery of the merchandise strategy for GNC products and business, ensuring that sales, profit and income generation targets are met
• Generate sales by ensuring that GNC target customers are provided with the right products and services
• Establish and maintain effective margin and price controls which maximize business profits whilst delivering a good value offer to customers
• Manage stock levels and mark-downs to ensure that product availability is high yet cash flow is maximized through effective stock control
• Actively exploit benefits of new merchandise management system in ensuring sales, profit and costs are effectively managed
• Work closely with retail and sales management to ensure the store layouts, promotions and display techniques are effective in maximizing sales and profits
• Register / renew product registration at Department of Health HK and Macau
• Ensure all the products and offers are compiling with Trade Description Ordinance and FEHD regulatory

  The Person

• Degree holders in Food Science, Nutrition, Dietetics or related disciplines
• At least one year of experience in providing nutrition and dietary consultation services
• Passionate, energetic, flexible and action oriented
• Good planning, analytical and influencing skills
• An acute market sense
• Strong communication skills
