Responsibilities:

• Maintain a smooth operation of the wellness shop with strong management skill and customer service
• Achieve monthly sales target of both online and offline business 
• Work together with the marketing team on strategic planning and daily execution
• Write up of educational information for the shop and the brands' social platforms and marketing channels
• Conduct new product analysis to create training material for the sales team and our wholesalers
• Provide product and service training to both internal sales team and wholesalers' sales team
• Support the marketing team to understand the product features and its health benefit
• Maintain good relationship with the customers and build up a stronger CRM
• Organise regular health talk and workshops
• Participate in corporate event, trade and consumer exhibition, and other events
• Manage enquiries and content of our social media platforms with the marketing team
• Communicate with overseas suppliers on product information, application, and customer's feedback

Requirements:

• Qualification in Nutrition, Naturopath, or Herbal Medicine
• Must have experience in selling Herbal and Nutritional Food Supplement, Natural Skin Care, Healthcare, Naturopathic products and service
• Self-confident and self-initiative, a team player with integrity, good energy and Can-do spirit 
• Enjoy customer service with a people-person character
• Strong sense on meeting targets and deadlines
• Familiar with Social Media, E-commerce, PR, and copywriting
• Passionate about healthy-living or -eating
• At least 3 years related working experience in marketing and retail business
• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office
