Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for Q.S. duties including interim payment application, certifying payment, valuation of variation, cost control & reporting, final account settlement, cost estimation and tendering
2. Developing cost planning and project budgeting

Requirements :

1. 5 years or above of quantity surveying experience, site experience with contractor will be an advantage
2. Good Computer Skills in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project
3. Experience in tendering will be an advantage
4. Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or other related engineering discipliens.
