Responsibilities: 

• Assist in new shops development;
• Follow up renovation and manage fitting out projects;
• Responsible for project document;
• Conduct regular site visits;
• Liaise with owners/contractors, government departments and monitor work progress;
• Any other duties as assigned by the management;

Requirements: 

• Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering or other related discipline;
• Minimum 2 years solid experience with knowledge in Building Ordinance, Fire Safety Ordinance and Regulations;
• With working experience in renovation project will be advantaged;
• Excellent communication and coordination skills;
• Independent, detailed-minded, self-motivated and good interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Processing;
