Our services include projects management, building survey, designs, new building construction, building renovation, A&A and maintenance. We are looking for candidates with high-calibre to fill the vacancies. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation of tender documents and contracts;

- Preparation of payment applications and payment approvals;

- Tender preparation, check measurements and claims assessment;

- Progress monitoring of projects;

- Preparation of final accounts

Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines;

- Minimum 2 year of relevant experience in quantity surveying of construction / renovation projects;

- Self-motivated, independent and hard working;

- Good command in written & spoken English & Chinese;

- Proficiency in PC operation, knowledge of AutoCAD / BIM will be preferable
