We are a fast growing and energetic Construction Company in Hong Kong mainly focus in building renovations and A&A works. Our services include projects management, building survey, designs, new building construction, building renovation, A&A and maintenance. We are looking for candidates with high-calibre to fill the vacancies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Senior Project Manager to manage A&A and building maintenance projects;

- Preparations of tender documents, attends tender interviews;

- Coordination with Sub-Contractors and NSCs

- Coordination with Clients and Consultants, Government Departments, etc, in relations to the work;

- Other ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

- Degree in Building related studies;

- Minimum 8 years solid experience in A&A works and building maintenance projects; 

- Good knowledge in building regulations and statutory submission/ inspection procedures;

- Good analytical and interpersonal skills, independent & initiative;

- Proficiency in PC operation

 (Lesser experience may be considered as Assistant Project Manager)
