Responsibilities

• Ensure good and safety conditions of building construction, civil works, electrical facilities, and yard and wharf facilities, etc.
• Be in charge of and oversee the system planning and execution of renovation, construction and alternation projects matching with company development
• Manage and monitor the maintenance crew and contractors in performing work complying with safety procedures and rules
• Prepare budget forecast and control for R&M activities and contract-out works
• Coordinate with management, other divisions and disciplines to support engineering services

 Requirements

• Degree holder in Building Services, Electrical Engineering or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in which 3 years at managerial level. Experience in container terminal or related industry is strongly preferable
• Registered Electrical Worker with Grade H & Grade C will be an advantage and preferred.  Familiar with contracting work, F&IU regulation, BD’s requirement, EPD’s requirement, etc.
• Aggressive individual with flexibility, adaptability, enthusiasm and be capable of working independently
• Mature, able to work under pressure and communicate effectively with all parties including consultants, contractors and government officials, etc.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese and familiar with PC operation including AutoCAD

Candidate with 5 years’ experience in which 2 years at supervisory level will be considered as Assistant Manager.
