Job Base: Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

• Carry out cost control for PRC projects;
• Carry out cost studies/estimates;
• Review the tender and contract documents;
• Negotiate with tenderers for various contracts;
• Check variation orders, claims, payments and final account submitted by contractors;
• Standardize internal documents and procedures;
• Support the management of contract departments of PRC project companies;
• Liaise closely with PRC project companies in carrying out the above duties.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent disciplines;
• MHKIS or MRICS;
• 5 years or above relevant experience with developers or consultants. Experience in PRC projects is highly preferred;
• Good analytical skills, self-motivated and ability of multi-tasking;
• Proficiency in written & spoken English and Putonghua;
• Occasional travel to PRC.
