Responsibilities:

• Overall planning and project management of property projects in HK and Overseas assigned by the Company
• Assist in evaluation of the project feasibility. Prepare design brief and master program
• Co-ordinate with internal departments (Sales & Marketing and Accounts) as well as external parties (Consultants, Contractors and Government Authorities and Bureaus) on projects related issues
• Co-ordination of project works progress to ensure timely completion in compliance with the design brief, specified standard and statutory requirements within the budgeted cost

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, Building Studies or related disciplines
• At least 2-4 years solid experience in Project Management with developers or major consultants
• Initial knowledge on planning, design, construction, project management and building regulations in HK. PRC experience is an advantage
• Good knowledge in Site Design Analysis, using of CAD, Microsoft Project, Words & Excel, contracts planning, material souring and site construction method
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua

**Candidate with more experience and/or higher education background will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
