Clerk

Responsibilities:

To liaise with various suppliers for pricing, delivery schedule & logistic arrangement

To handle full purchasing process and control

To follow up closely on production schedule and ensure timely delivery

To explore and develop the sourcing channels

Perform general duties such as filing and data entry

To undertake any other duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

Form 5 or above

Min 2 years relevant working experience in fitting out & constructing work will be advantage

Good command of both written & spoken English & Chinese,

Good computer knowledge, MS office…etc;

Self-motivated, independent and willing to work under pressure

Outdoor work is required.
