Responsibilities:

• Ensure Q/S procedure engagement
• Supervise Assistant to Q/S
• Check Interim Payment Certification timely
• Prepare and implement Interim Payment / final account
• Prepare the payment to workers and sub-contractors
• Review Contract and analysis the contract price
• Analysis of project cost
• Prepare budget control and V.O. assessment and claims
• Collect all information and document for V.O. assessment and claims
• Beware the change of market price for materials and labour
• Prepare site measurement
• Make correspondence for overdue account or site issue
• Control corrective & preventive action
• Maintain relationship with client’s Q.S.
• Organise training program
• Implement all quality safety & health and environmental protection policy
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the company

Requirements : 

• Degree / Higher diploma in Civil Engineering
• At least 5 years working experience in Contract Works
• Familiar with Labour, method of measurement, Contract, Contractual Claims, Final Account and Sub-contract agreement
• Self-motivated, able to multi-task, work independently, supervise subordinates’ work efficiently and work under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate availability is preferred
• 5.5 days of work
