Responsibilities:

• Responsible for tendering and cost estimation.
• Liaise with internal departments in respect of the works progress.
• Responsible for contracts administration and interim payment; which includes the compilation of estimates, budgetary controls and final account preparation.

Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent, preferably with relevant professional / qualification.
• Minimum 3 year working experience in the interior fit-out project.
• Self-motivated and energetic.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as a junior position.

Right candidate works 5.5 days per week (off on alternate Saturday), medical insurance and performance bonus provided.
