Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with different parties (such as client, sub-contractors, site supervisors)
• To supervise and monitor site progress of fitting-out project to ensure the work quality, project schedule and cost-planning 
• To ensure all construction activities are within time frame & budget
• Responsible for financial, contractual and technical issue

Requirements:

• At least 5 years solid experience in fit-out projects
• Strong technical background and site experience
• Good communication and relationship with cooperation parties including clients and subcontractors
• Conversant with interior fit-out nature, A&A work and contractual documents
• Strong in leadership/management and can work under pressure
• Good computer literacy
• Fluent in written and spoken English & Cantonese is a must
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as a junior position

Right candidate works 5.5 days per week (off on alternate Saturday), medical insurance and performance bonus provided.
