Job Description

Our team of environment specialists offers clients expertise in air quality, impact analysis and permitting, environmental health and safety management consulting/due diligence, remediation consulting/engineering and construction/site restoration, specialty and emerging technologies, waste services and water and natural resources.

Responsibilities:
This position requires both field supervision and office work. Working closely with the Project Manager, the successful candidate would:

  • Independently conduct field work for environmental site assessments/subsurface investigations at industrial and petroleum facilities.
  • Evaluate environmental datasets and prepare technical reports based on the results of field sampling activities.
  • Prepare and execute Project Plans including: Scope, Deliverables, Budget, Schedule and SH&E 
  • Prepare and execute Financial Management of projects: oversee the budget, scope, schedule and reviews with the P&L manager.
  • Enforce ethics and compliance policy including Third Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process and Gift and Entertainment policy.

Requirements:

  • BS, BEng or MSc degree in geology, hydrogeology, and civil/chemical/mechanical engineering or related field required.
  • Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Capable of producing high quality work products on schedule and within budgets.
  • Skills in applied environmental chemistry / geochemistry, hydrogeology, and/or AutoCAD preferred
  • Willingness to work in an outdoor environment and lift up to 20kg if required on site assessments
