Responsibilities:

• Preparing Structural and / or Civil documentation (drawings) in Revit, Civil3D or AutoCAD
• Assisting Engineers preparing Structural and / or Civil BIM models of their designs
• Modelling of existing structures and infrastructure required for coordination and to put new designs into context
• Assisting Engineers with coordination and clash detection exercises
• Adhere to BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria
• Take the lead on developing discipline specific BIM modelling content i.e. families and explore automation opportunities using Dynamo and other tools
• Provide over the shoulder training, developing and shadowing to staff
• Daily model management administration and maintenance
• Work under direction of design professionals and the BIM manager

Requirements:

• Experience of working on HK Airport, MTRC and HK Government projects  
• In depth Structural and / or Civil knowledge and experience of preparing structural and / or Civil drawings with Revit, Civil3D or AutoCAD
• Knowledge and experience of using Navisworks for clash detection would be an advantage
• Knowledge and understanding of systems such as BIM360 would be an advantage
• Highly IT literate, excellent command of standard office software;
• Analytical, disciplined and a keen team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Professional or Associate member of HKIBIM would be an advantage

A recognised qualification in the discipline or equivalent experience will be required, in addition to extensive BIM skills.
