Responsibilities

• Manage office design and renovation fitting out work
• Preparation of design proposals including space creation and conceptual design
• Prepare construction documents for quality and budget conformity in a timely manner
• Good knowledge on project overview and progress supervision
• Interface and co-ordination with clients, sub-contractors, and other third parties
• Work for a variety of large scale projects
• Provide design support on graphic, signage, artifacts and marketing material
• Attend site meetings, delivery coordination, procurement and schedule preparation

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in interior design and project management
• Diploma or above in Interior Design, Architectural Studies, Building Studies or related disciplines
• Experience in site supervision and coordination is necessary
• Able to handle full set of construction documentation and details independently
• Proficiency in Photoshop, AutoCAD, MS Word, PowerPoint, SketchUp and 3D visualization software
• Able to work both as a team and individually and with strong sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin a must.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
